Role Description The Creative Designer will work on-site in Vapi in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with vendors, marketers, and clients to develop visual concepts for a wide range of live experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for print and digital media, creating event branding assets such as logos, visual identities, and signage, and producing layouts for presentations and proposals. The role involves translating briefs into compelling visual narratives, preparing design files for production, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints for events and brand activations.

The Creative

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, provide creative input on experiential concepts,



and coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills, with the ability to develop original, event-focused concepts.
- Proficiency in Graphics creation for print and digital outputs, including posters, social media assets, and event collateral.
- Experience in Branding, including logo design, visual identity systems, and cohesive event brand guidelines.
- Competence in Web Design for event microsites, landing pages, or digital campaigns supporting live experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across events, marketing campaigns, or experiential design projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an understanding of current design and branding trends.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent experience is also valued.
- Minimum required experience 2+ Years.
