Job Summary

As a Strategic Design Associate at Pro Nature Organic, you'll bring creative visions to life, meticulously translating the marketing team's concepts into captivating visual designs that will enchant consumers and elevate our brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design Delight: Your canvas knows no bounds! Take the creative brief and breathe life into our brand. From eye-catching graphics to mesmerizing packaging, you'll be the maestro of all things design.
2. Digital Dynamo: Step into the digital realm and help our brand conquer the online world. Work hand-in-hand with the Brand Manager to craft engaging websites, enhance SEO, and sprinkle some social media magic. Your pixels will make our brand sparkle in the digital galaxy!
3. Sales Alliance - You'll whip up marketing tools and collaterals that leave them in awe, ensuring they have everything they need to conquer the market.
4. Design Collaborator - Be proactive and lend your design expertise to any function where you see a need.

Job Skills Design Software Pro: You've got the skills to pay the bills with software like Ai, CDR, Photoshop, and more. Your designs speak for themselves.Digital Marketing Enthusiast: While not a must, experience in the world of website development, WordPress, SEO, SEM, and SMM would be like a cherry on top of your creative cake.Product Knowledge Buff: An understanding of our products and the ability to incorporate this knowledge into your designs to effectively communicate product features and perks.

Creative Freedom: Your imagination is your only limit. We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and innovative ideas in every aspect of our day to day working.

Packaging & Label Design: Hands-on experience in packaging design, product labels, and print-ready artwork. Ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines while effectively communicating product features and benefits.

Qualifications

1. Graduate from a reputed college in Design / Visual Communication / Graphic Design or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design, preferably from FMCG industry
