Role:We are seeking an energetic, execution-driven Creative Design & Video Production Intern to lead end-to-end creative assets for Blue Monk Media and our client accounts. Working directly with the founder, you will brainstorm, film, edit, and design multi-channel content ranging from short-form reels to corporate collateral.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Work from Home with on-site client shoots)

Preference: Candidates based in North Bangalore

Duration: 3 months’ full-time internship

Key Responsibilities:· Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit short-form content (<60 seconds) for reels/shorts and mid-length videos (5–20 minutes) for agency marketing and client ad campaigns.

· Videography & On-site Shoots: Travel locally within Bangalore for client site visits, site recce, creative requirement gathering, and shooting ad, product, or promotional videos.

· Graphic design: Design high-converting static assets, including social media posts, thumbnails, pitch slides, brochures, flyers, and branding collateral.

· AI integration: Leverage emerging AI creative tools to streamline workflows, speed up turnaround times, and enhance production quality.

· Cross-functional working: Collaborate closely with the agency founder and other team members to conceive and execute marketing campaigns from initial concept to final delivery.

Requirements:· Academic Background: Final-year undergraduate student in Graphic Design, Film/Media Production, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.





· Video Editing & Graphic Designing Tools: Working knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Express, and designing tool like Canva.

· AI Tool Awareness: Familiarity with generative AI tools for visual generation, photo/video editing, or workflow automation.

· Portfolio Requirement: A link to a portfolio (Behance, Google Drive, YouTube, or Instagram) is mandatory. We prioritize execution quality and aesthetic vision over traditional resumes.

· Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel across Bangalore for video/photo shoots and client meetings when needed.
