Zero Protocol is a bilingual (Telugu + English) podcast exploring ambition, identity, self-awareness, and inner growth. We host founders, creators, and thinkers who are redefining success with clarity, courage, and calm.

A great episode still needs the right words around it. The title, the caption, the hook in the first line of a post. That's where you come in.

Role Overview

You'll write the words that decide whether someone clicks, reads, or scrolls past. Titles, captions, scripts for shorts, the copy that sits next to every thumbnail.

There's a difference between

- copy that sounds clever
- copy that sounds true to the person who said it
- copy that actually makes someone stop and watch

Your job is the third kind, every time, not just when you're feeling inspired.

Key Responsibilities

- Write titles and descriptions for long-form episodes
- Write captions and hooks for Instagram Reels and Shorts
- Pull the sharpest lines from raw transcripts and turn them into standalone hooks
- Work with the team on packaging so the title, thumbnail, and caption all pull in the same direction
- Write Overlay text for short-form clips where needed




- Keep a consistent voice across platforms without making everything sound the same
- Test different hooks and titles and pay attention to what actually performs

What You Need to Be Good At

You should probably apply if:

- You can read or watch a two-hour conversation and find the one line worth building a post around
- You understand and write differently for a YouTube title, an Instagram caption, and a Shorts hook
- You can take feedback on a single word without needing to defend it
- You're fine working somewhere fast-moving where quality matters and nobody's going to hold your hand
- You can run with something without needing it spelled out

You'll probably do well here if:

- You've written for a podcast, YouTube channel, or media brand where the copy had to earn the click
- You read and write comfortably in English
- You know the difference between punchy and try-hard
- You have taste
