Role Description The Creative Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kondapur.

The Creative

Associate will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials that support branding, marketing campaigns, and communication initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements, and translating brand guidelines into compelling visual assets. The role involves preparing design drafts,



refining creative concepts based on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Associate will also contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions and support the production of presentation materials, social media content, and promotional collateral.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative concepts clearly.
- Graphics and graphic design skills, with experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
- High level of creativity skills, including concept development, visual storytelling, and the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
- Branding expertise, with an understanding of brand identity, visual systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple platforms.
- Relevant education in design, visual communication, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media content formats is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Kondapur and collaborating in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.
