We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Creative Assistant to work closely with the COO at the intersection of fashion, styling, marketing, PR, and brand communication.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion and visual storytelling, thrives on variety, and wants meaningful exposure to creative projects from concept through execution. You will be part of shoots, campaigns, presentations, events, research, and day-to-day brand-building initiatives.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with fashion shoots, styling assignments, campaigns, events, and creative projects.
- Support marketing, PR, social communication, brand outreach, and campaign execution.
- Create polished presentations, mood boards, creative briefs, reports, and project trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, agencies, vendors, and collaborators.
- Keep projects moving through timely follow-ups, clear action points, deadline tracking, and effective coordination.
- Research fashion, styling, luxury brands, consumer preferences, and emerging market trends.
- Work closely with the COO on planning, prioritisation, and seamless execution of day-to-day creative initiatives.
- Help ensure every deliverable reflects high standards of quality, visual appeal, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, fashion, styling, PR, communications, or coordination role.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, marketing,



and building compelling brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong visual sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic video-editing tools.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and tight deadlines.
- A curious, resourceful learner who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.

A Role Designed for Growth

For the first year, your focus will be on learning the business, executing projects exceptionally well, and earning trust through reliability, discretion, and initiative. As you grow, you will take on increasing responsibility, including managing communications and coordination on behalf of the COO.

The long-term opportunity is to evolve from a Creative Assistant into a trusted creative and operational extension of the COO.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
