DigiSoft Nexus is expanding its Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing team! We’re looking for professionals with experience in ??? campaigns who are passionate about Vertical: CPS campaign (Domestic & International) delivery, publisher management, and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute CPS / Affiliate Marketing campaigns from launch to delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, targets, revenue, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage and coordinate with publishers, affiliates, clients, and internal teams.
- Identify performance gaps, delivery risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure campaigns meet daily, weekly, and monthly delivery targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and clients.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
- Track campaign budgets, payouts, conversions, and overall performance.
- Implement strategies and best practices to improve campaign delivery and performance.




- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve campaign-related issues and ensure smooth execution.

Additional Responsibilities – Manager Role

- Lead, mentor, and guide the CPS delivery team.
- Allocate campaigns and responsibilities within the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure delivery targets are achieved.
- Handle escalations and maintain strong client/publisher relationships.
- Drive process improvements and performance growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / CPS.
- Strong understanding of the CPS (Cost Per Sale) model.
- Hands-on experience in campaign and publisher management.
- Good understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, conversions, and campaign metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
