We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are successfully resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Provide information regarding products, services, pricing, processes, and policies.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer enquiries and service requests.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, telecalling, front office, or a related field.
