: Coupa Implementation & Configuration Consultant

Role Overview The client is implementing Coupa as its new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, replacing the existing Aruba procurement environment. We are looking for a hands-on Coupa Implementation & Configuration Consultant to lead and support the transition, including requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support. Key Responsibilities1. Requirements & Solution Design

- Gather business requirements from Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Map current-state processes and Aruba workflows to Coupa's process model.
- Identify gaps between legacy processes and Coupa's out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Define approval hierarchies, spend thresholds, workflows, and business rules.
- Prepare functional design and configuration specifications.

1. Coupa Configuration

- Configure core Coupa modules, including:
- Requisitioning
- Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Sourcing
- Contracts
- Inventory
- Expenses, as applicable
- Configure approval chains, workflows, and business rules.
- Configure forms, fields, groups, user roles, and permissions.
- Maintain commodity codes (UNSPSC), GL coding, and cost-center mappings.
- Configure supplier records, catalogs, and PunchOut/cXML connections.
- Set up budgeting and spend controls.

1. Integration Support





- Collaborate with technical teams on SAP/Oracle ERP integrations for master data, GL, PO, and invoice synchronization.
- Support supplier cXML/PunchOut catalog integrations.
- Validate data flows between Coupa and connected systems through two-way integration testing.
- Troubleshoot integration errors and failed transactions.

1. Data Migration

- Extract and cleanse legacy data, including suppliers, catalogs, and historical POs.
- Map legacy data fields to the Coupa data model.
- Support data loading through templates or migration tools.
- Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness.

1. Testing & Defect Management

- Prepare test scenarios and scripts for configured workflows.
- Execute SIT (System Integration Testing) and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Log, track, and coordinate resolution of defects with configuration and development teams.
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes.
- Support business sign-off and go-live readiness.

1. Training & Change Management

- Create user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for requesters, approvers, AP teams, and other users.
- Support supplier enablement and onboarding communications.




- Assist the change management team with adoption tracking.

1. Go-Live & Hypercare

- Support cutover activities and go-live checklist execution.
- Provide 2–4 weeks of post-go-live hypercare support.
- Monitor transaction flows, approval bottlenecks, and integration errors.
- Triage and resolve production issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Coupa support or technical teams.

1. Post-Implementation Support

- Handle configuration change requests, including approval rules and cost-center changes.
- Assess the impact of Coupa releases and periodic updates.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption.
- Support ad hoc reporting and dashboard configuration.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation experience, preferably across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Proven experience configuring multiple Coupa modules.
- Experience migrating from a legacy procurement platform to Coupa; Aruba, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar preferred.
- Robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, workflows, approvals, suppliers, catalogs, and business rules.
- Experience with cXML/PunchOut integrations.
- Strong understanding of testing, data migration, and production support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Coupa certification — Functional or Technical Consultant — preferred.

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
