Position: Country Manager – French West Africa & Asian Markets

Location: Noida, Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 8–12 Years

Industry: Pharmaceuticals (Mandatory)

CTC : Negotiable for right candidate

Languages: French & English (Fluent in speaking and writing – Mandatory)

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Life Sciences; MBA in International Business/Marketing preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive international pharma sales, business development, and market expansion.
- Develop and manage distributor networks, agents, and key accounts.
- Own sales targets, business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, product portfolio expansion, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate product registrations, regulatory requirements, and internal teams.
- Travel across assigned international markets and represent the company at industry events.





MUST-HAVE PROFILE ✔ 8–12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

✔ Hands-on international export sales and business development exposure.

✔ Experience in French-speaking West African countries and Asian markets.

✔ Strong distributor management and commercial negotiation skills.

✔ Fluent French and English, with international travel experience.
