Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Counter Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, understand their product requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert enquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and capable of delivering an excellent in-store customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom/store.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and availability.

- Handle enquiries related to plywood, laminates, doors, hardware, and interior products.

- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

- Follow up on pending enquiries and quotations.

- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams regarding product availability.

- Maintain product displays and ensure the counter/showroom remains presentable.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.





- Maintain records of customer enquiries and sales.

- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in counter sales, retail sales, showroom sales, or a similar role.

- Experience in plywood, laminates, hardware, furniture, interiors, or building materials will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good product presentation and selling skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.

- Positive attitude and professional appearance.

- Ability to work towards sales targets.

- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
