Role Description The Counselor role at EkasCloud London is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Counselor will guide prospective learners and corporate clients in selecting suitable cloud and AI training programs, providing clear information about course content, schedules, and career outcomes. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions (online and in-person), responding to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or student management systems.





The Counselor will collaborate with trainers and the sales team to align learner goals with EkasCloud’s offerings, support learners throughout their training journey, and contribute to outreach activities such as webinars or information sessions. The role involves meeting enrollment and engagement targets while ensuring a supportive, inclusive, and learner-centered experience.

Qualifications

- Robust communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to counsel diverse learners and organizations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts (Cloud, DevOps, AI) in simple terms and match learner needs with appropriate programs.
- Experience with customer service, academic counseling, or career guidance in education or training environments.
- Proficiency in using CRM or student management tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model in Bengaluru, with the ability to collaborate in-office and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, business, or IT is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT training markets is a plus; willingness to learn and stay updated on EkasCloud programs is essential.
