Role Description This is a full-time Counselor role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Counselor will guide prospective learners through EkasCloud’s cloud and AI training offerings, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions via calls, video meetings, and in-person consultations, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.





The role involves collaborating with trainers and the admissions team to support learners from initial inquiry through enrollment and onboarding. The Counselor will also provide ongoing support, address learner concerns, and contribute feedback to improve program delivery and learner experience.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand and articulate learners’ career goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical training paths in transparent, simple language.
- Experience in education counseling, career guidance, or training program admissions; familiarity with IT, cloud, or AI domains is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation using CRM or similar tools.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting defined enrollment and service-quality targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in business, psychology, education, or IT-related fields are beneficial.
- Strong ethical standards, a learner-centric mindset, and a genuine interest in helping individuals build future-ready careers.
