Senior Counsellor – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct counselling calls and meetings with new parents/leads.
2. Understand the child’s needs and recommend suitable therapy/programs.
3. Handle parents’ doubts, concerns, and objections professionally.
4. Explain CureAble’s therapy process, services, and expected outcomes.
5. Convert leads into admissions/onboarded parents through effective counselling.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with pending and interested leads.
7. Achieve counselling, conversion, and revenue targets.
8. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with parents.
9. Coordinate with therapists and the clinical team for accurate information.
10. Communicate parent feedback and concerns to the relevant team.
11. Maintain daily counselling, follow-up, and conversion records.
12. Engage with existing parents to improve retention and satisfaction.
13. Guide junior counsellors and help improve overall counselling quality.

Centre Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities

1.



Manage the day-to-day activities of the centre smoothly.
2. Coordinate therapist schedules and daily sessions.
3. Maintain communication between parents and therapists.
4. Ensure all sessions start and run on time.
5. Maintain daily attendance, session, and centre records.
6. Manage the onboarding process for new parents at the centre.
7. Handle basic parent queries and concerns promptly.
8. Track therapy materials, equipment, and centre requirements.
9. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a professional centre environment.
10. Coordinate missed/cancelled sessions and rescheduling.
11. Maintain payment records and follow up on pending payments.
12. Prepare and share daily/weekly centre performance reports.
13. Coordinate the centre team to ensure smooth operations, parent satisfaction, and retention.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
