About Dearside

Dearside Counselling & Guidance Centre is looking for sincere, responsible and emotionally mature professionals to join its growing team and contribute to meaningful work in the areas of counselling, child and adolescent support, family guidance and community outreach.

Positions Available

1. Counselling Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counselling and emotional support to children, adolescents and adults.
- Provide parent counselling and guidance.
- Support clients dealing with stress, confidence issues, grief, adjustment, relationship concerns and life-direction issues.
- Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality and appropriate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Dearside team.
- Help develop counselling resources, tools and support materials.

2. Clinical Psychologist

Preferred Qualifications:

- RCI registration/licence preferred.
- Training and/or experience in child and adolescent psychology preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complex child and adolescent cases.
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide appropriate support.




- Provide clinical guidance and case-based interventions.
- Provide specialist inputs and guidance to the counselling team.
- Help develop clinical resources, tools and support materials.

3. Community Outreach & Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct school and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with parents, schools and other institutions.
- Handle enquiries and appointments.
- Plan and coordinate workshops, awareness programmes and community initiatives.
- Develop and maintain institutional and community partnerships.
- Support the growth, visibility and outreach activities of Dearside.
