- Product Wise Gross Margin Analysis
- Price variance Analysis, Budget Vs Actual
- Transfer Price of Finished Product and Spares for related party
- MAP (Moving Average Price) of each product, BOM items analysis
- Verification of Vendors Info proposals i.e. (Price increase/decrease of items)
- Direct Material cost analysis.
- Product BOM analysis and finalize the costing after discussion with SCM, QA and R&D.;
- Costing updation in SAP on daily as well as monthly basis.
- Daily direct coordination with SCM, Quality & R&D; team for product development.
- DMC and Expenses Budget preparation for the financial year.
- Product Wise Sales Dashboard
- Preparation of various reports as required by the management for business decision making.
- Consumption Analysis
- Get the costing audit dome from the cost auditor.
- Assisting to Auditor, i.e. Internal audit, Statutory audit, Inventory audit
- Capex Process and asset code creation in SAP
- Vendor Code creation in SAP
- Customer Code creation in SAP
- SD module troubleshooting
