Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Costing & Service – BO Executive (Mechanical/Alloys) role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing cost estimates for precious metal alloys, coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing, and managing back-office documentation related to orders, quotations, and service records.

The Executive will handle customer inquiries on product specifications and pricing, maintain organized records of costing data, and support continuous improvement in costing processes.



The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues, monitoring cost variances, and providing reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain pricing, technical details, and service information accurately.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and collaboration capabilities to coordinate with sales, production, and service departments.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage documentation, costing data, and multiple concurrent orders.
- Relevant experience in costing, back-office operations, or service coordination, ideally within mechanical, metals, or manufacturing environments.
- Basic understanding of mechanical properties of alloys or metals and an interest in learning industry-specific technical details.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or CRM tools) and strong attention to detail in numerical work.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
