Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Couchbase clusters.

- Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and availability.

- Perform database administration, backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.

- Troubleshoot cluster, replication, indexing, and query performance issues.

- Implement scalability, high availability, and security best practices.

- Automate operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

- Collaborate with application, cloud, and DevOps teams to support production environments.

- Participate in on-call support and incident management for critical issues.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of NoSQL database architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience supporting mission-critical, high-volume production environments.
