We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Costing / Budgeting skilled with hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
? Key Responsibilities• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates
- Prepare, review & finalise BOQs
- Conduct rate analysis, rate finalisation & rate locking
- Monitor estimated vs. actual project costs
- Identify cost deviations and support cost control
- Maintain costing, BOQ & budget data in R-Dash
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Design & Accounts teams
