About the Role

DVC Process Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Cost Estimation Engineer to support cost estimation, tendering, vendor evaluation, and commercial activities for engineering and process industry projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for goods and services .
- Prepare cost estimates for vendor, machined, and bought-out items .
- Establish and maintain the tendering process .
- Analyze technical and commercial quotations from vendors.
- Conduct vendor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for cost-related requirements.
- Analyze material, manufacturing, labour, and other project costs.
- Support procurement and project teams with accurate cost information.
- Maintain cost estimation records, quotations,



and related documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering .

Requirements

- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, engineering projects, or process industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of engineering materials, machined components, and bought-out items.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
