Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer / Specialist (LT Panels) to join our Electrical Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating technical tenders, and preparing accurate techno-commercial cost estimates for Low Voltage (LT) electrical distribution and control panels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Evaluation & Proposal Engineering

- Analyze client inquiries, tender specifications, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) to determine panel scope (e.g., PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC Control Panels, Sub-Distribution Boards).
- Conduct technical discussions with clients, consultants, or internal sales teams to resolve design ambiguities and clarify project scope.

Key Skills & Competencies

- LT Panel Expertise:



In-depth knowledge of Low Voltage switchgear products (ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, Contactors, MPCBs, Overload Relays, APFC controllers, VFDs, and Soft Starters).
- Analytical Precision: High attention to detail with robust numerical calculation skills in costing templates.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in costing, estimation, or proposal engineering within an LT Panel manufacturing or switchgear panel-building company.
