We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimation / Quantity Surveyor / Planning Executive with 2+ years of experience in construction and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, project planning, and budget monitoring to ensure projects are executed within financial limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
- Estimate material quantities and project costs accurately.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and vendor rate analysis.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost control.
- Monitor project expenses and maintain cost reports.
- Coordinate with purchase, design, and site teams.
- Prepare project schedules and planning timelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Support management in tender preparation if required. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying.
- Robust knowledge of interior and construction materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for cost sheets, formulas, and analysis.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
