- Physical stock verification at the plant on monthly basis for sample products
- Reviewing the time cycles trend to report any abnormalities if any on monthly basis
- Arriving the capacity utilization of all the blocks and the plant as a whole on monthly basis
- To run the assessment cycles in SAP on monthly basis
- Monthly inventory valuation including Overhead revaluation through actual cost run in SAP.
- Preparing product wise cost sheets on monthly basis along with variance analysis to submit the report to the management
- Preparing Plant MIS to measure the plant performance
- Monitoring the inventory levels at the plant
- Preparing RMC Budget Cost Sheets annually
- To provide COGS reports for the products as and when required for business decision making
- To support both Statutory Audit and Cost Audit
Preferred candidate profile CMA Inter/CMA/ with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Costing, MIS and Budgeting
