Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cosmetologist role based at Dr. Disha's & Garima's Skin & Hair Clinic in Lucknow. The Cosmetologist will perform a variety of skin, hair, and cosmetic procedures under clinical protocols, including facials, peels, basic laser-assisted treatments (as trained), and other aesthetic services aligned with medical guidance.

Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, explaining recommended treatments, preparing clients for procedures, maintaining accurate treatment records,



and ensuring strict hygiene and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with dermatologists and aesthetic physicians, guiding patients on post-procedure care, and supporting treatment plans to optimize results. The Cosmetologist will also help manage appointments, assist in clinic operations during busy hours, and contribute to a welcoming, professional patient experience.

Qualifications

- Professional training or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or beauty therapy from a recognized institution.
- Hands-on experience in facial treatments, peels, basic skin and hair therapies, and use of aesthetic devices (training on specific equipment will be provided).
- Robust knowledge of skin and hair types, common aesthetic concerns (acne, pigmentation, ageing), and appropriate treatment options.
- Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures, manage expectations, and provide empathetic patient care.
- Commitment to hygiene, infection control, and safety standards in a clinical environment.
- Ability to follow medical protocols, work closely with dermatologists and aesthetic doctors, and maintain detailed treatment documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset focused on patient satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn advanced techniques, attend trainings, and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
