About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented Senior Corporate Trainer

– Business Analytics & Emerging Technologies who can design and deliver engaging learning programs for MBA, business analytics, technology, and working professional audiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Business Analytics,

Data Analytics, AI/Generative AI, Business Analysis and emerging technologies, along with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical business applications.

The role will involve delivering instructor-led sessions, workshops, hands-on activities, case studies, industry projects, and capstone assignments across different client and learner groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver classroom, virtual and corporate training programs for

learners and working professionals.
- Deliver sessions on Business Analytics, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Generative

AI, Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
- Conduct training across business functions including:

1. Finance & FP&A; Analytics

2. HR Analytics

3. Marketing Analytics

4. Operations Analytics

5. Supply Chain Analytics

6. Business Analysis

- Develop practical case studies, business scenarios, exercises,

assignments and capstone projects.
- Explain analytical concepts using real-world business problems and industry

examples.
- Conduct hands-on sessions involving tools such as Excel, Power BI/BI tools,

Python, Jupyter Notebook and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Train participants on data exploration, visualization, business insights and

analytical decision-making.
- Deliver modules covering AI and Generative AI, including LLM fundamentals,

tokens, context, attention mechanisms, model concepts and practical business applications.
- Introduce learners to Agentic AI and AI applications across industries,

including Finance, Banking, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Deliver Business Analysis modules covering:

1. Stakeholder mapping

2. Requirement elicitation

3.



User stories

4. Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)

5. Digital transformation

6. Technology ROI assessment

- Facilitate interactive discussions, group activities and practical

demonstrations.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments,

presentations and projects.
- Work closely with the internal academic/training team to customize content

according to client requirements.
- Continuously update training content based on emerging technologies,

industry trends and client requirements.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering and training program

planning when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with client stakeholders and ensure high quality training delivery.

Experience Required
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in Business Analytics, Data

Analytics, Business Analysis, AI/GenAI, Technology Consulting, Corporate Training or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in corporate training, higher education, executive





education or professional training is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in delivering presentations and explaining

technical/business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should have demonstrated experience working on real-world

business projects, not only theoretical or academic exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science,

Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, Statistics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, Power BI, Python or relevant

technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with universities, corporates, consulting firms or

professional learning organizations is preferred.
