Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Specialist role based in Kolkata.
The Corporate Sales
Specialist will identify and pursue recent corporate clients, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, and promote ONEAT’s product portfolio to organizations. The role involves managing the corporate sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals, track performance metrics,
and provide market feedback to improve offerings.
Regular client visits, presentations, and participation in corporate events or promotions will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in Corporate Sales Management and Business Development, including pipeline creation and account growth.
- Effective Negotiation skills, with the ability to create win–win agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food, or wellness industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
