– Cosmetic Formulator Position: Cosmetic Formulator Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full time Hiring: Immediate About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Formulator with hands-on experience in developing and improving cosmetic formulations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, testing, and product development.

Key Responsibilities Develop and formulate cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, serums, shampoos, face washes, gels, and other personal-care products . Select appropriate raw materials and ingredients based on product requirements. Conduct laboratory trials, testing, and formulation optimization.

Modify existing formulations to improve stability, texture, appearance, fragrance, and performance . Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and test results. Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development.





Ensure formulations meet required quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot formulation-related issues and provide suitable solutions. Stay updated on cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in cosmetic formulation is mandatory. Strong practical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and their applications. Hands-on experience in cosmetic product development and formulation. Knowledge of formulation testing and stability testing. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
