Role Description The Corporate Trainer (Freelance) is a full-time, Hybrid role based in India. In this role, the trainer designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs focused on sales, soft skills, leadership, and career readiness for corporate clients and emerging professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training materials and presentations, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and adapting content for different industries and learner levels.

The trainer will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational goals and provide feedback and reports on participant progress. This role also involves staying up to date on adult learning methodologies, incorporating interactive techniques,



and continuously improving training content based on participant feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong training design and delivery skills, including curriculum development, instructional design, and workshop facilitation.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, presentation, and group coaching to engage diverse audiences and encourage active participation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in soft skills and leadership development, such as interpersonal communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and people management fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of sales and business performance concepts, including consultative selling, customer relationship building, and goal-setting techniques.
- Candidates should possess the ability to conduct training needs analyses, measure learning outcomes, and prepare explicit reports and recommendations for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; relevant training or coaching certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or coach, preferably within sales, soft skills, or leadership programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple training engagements and adapt to client schedules.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Dubai and collaborating with multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in Arabic or other regional languages are beneficial.
