We are looking for a Fresh Graduates to join our growing IT team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a learning mindset , and the ability to identify and engage quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Social Media, referrals, other channels .
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable resumes.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Do cold calling and evaluate candidate profiles, coordinate for interviews.
- Maintain ATS, candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Build strong relationships and professional networks.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of submissions.
Required Skills
- Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication .
- Interest in IT/Technical Recruitment .
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technical concepts is an advantage.
- Positive sourcing, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to work in a target-driven recruitment consulting environment .
