About the Organization : The Akshaya Patra Foundation is one of the world’s largest not-for-profit organizations implementing the Government of India’s Mid-Day Meal Programme. With operations spanning across 16+ states and over 78 kitchens, the Foundation serves over 2.35 million mid-day meals and 1 million morning snacks every day to school children. With an ambitious goal of serving 6 million meals per day by 2030, Akshaya Patra is committed to eliminating classroom hunger and promoting education through a scalable, sustainable, and efficient food delivery model.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Fundraising skills, including prospecting, proposal development, and donor stewardship.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Corporate Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to design, manage, and grow long-term collaborations.




- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee partner relationships, ensure service quality, and deliver timely reporting.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
- Relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or business development, ideally with corporate or institutional donors.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to set targets, track performance, and use data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, mission-driven workplace and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms for partner management and reporting.
