Role We are seeking an entry-level lawyer with strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills to support corporate, commercial, property and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, MOUs, NDAs, agreements and legal notices
- Conduct legal research and due diligence
- Assist with corporate compliance and documentation
- Review property, lease and transaction documents
- Identify legal and contractual risks
- Prepare legal opinions, briefs and reports
- Coordinate with external advocates,
consultants and authorities
- Support client-related legal and representation matters
- Maintain confidential legal records and documentation
Requirements
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.
- 0–2 years' experience; freshers with strong internships may apply
- Solid knowledge of Contract & Corporate Law
- Good understanding of Companies Act and Indian legal framework
- Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Property/real-estate legal exposure is an advantage
- Bar Council enrolment preferred
