Corporate Gifting Executive

- Manage end-to-end corporate gifting requirements for clients, including product selection, customization, packaging, and delivery.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, procurement departments, and event agencies.

- Understand client requirements, budgets, timelines, and branding guidelines to recommend suitable gifting solutions.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing, customization, quality checks, and timely delivery.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and order documentation.

- Handle bulk orders for festivals, employee rewards, client appreciation, conferences, events, and corporate occasions.

- Generate current business leads and follow up with prospective and existing clients.

- Negotiate pricing, manage margins, and ensure timely order closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, logistics, and accounts.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve order-related issues promptly.

- Track sales targets, client feedback, repeat orders, and business development activities.
