Our Client is a 10 years old, corporate events and experiential marketing company that creates impactful experiences for brands and organisations. Its work includes corporate events, conferences, employee engagement initiatives, brand experiences, launches and other customised events.

They are looking for a Corporate Events & Client Engagement Executive who will help build and strengthen its network within the corporate world.

About the Role

This is a B2B client engagement and business development role, with LinkedIn being one of the key platforms for identifying and engaging with potential clients.

You will interact with mid-to-senior level Marketing, Marcom, Brand, Corporate Communications and HR professionals across companies, introduce them to the company and gradually build meaningful skilled relationships.

The role is less about traditional cold calling and more about researching, connecting, starting conversations, understanding requirements and creating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research companies and identify relevant corporate decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify mid-to-senior level professionals in Marketing, Marcom, Brand, Corporate Communications, HR and related functions.
- Use LinkedIn extensively to build a relevant network of corporate professionals.
- Send personalised connection requests and initiate professional conversations.
- Introduce Soul Events and its capabilities in a professional and engaging manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective corporate clients.
- Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn, email and other appropriate channels.
- Understand the prospect's organisation, role and potential event/engagement requirements.




- Identify potential business opportunities and qualified leads for the senior business development team.
- Schedule meetings and introductory conversations with relevant prospects.
- Maintain an organised database of prospects, contacts, conversations and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic research on companies, brands, upcoming initiatives and potential opportunities.
- Support the business development team with lead generation and prospect research.
- Maintain regular activity and lead-generation reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Contribute to building Soul Events' presence and network within the corporate marketing and communications community.

Who We Are Looking For We are open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers with the right aptitude.

- Understand the basics of LinkedIn and be comfortable using it professionally.

- Have the ability to research a prospect before approaching them.
- Be proactive and comfortable initiating conversations.
- Have good follow-up and organisational skills.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Be energetic, presentable and professional in communication.
- Be willing to learn about corporate events, experiential marketing and B2B business development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
