This role is crucial in managing intercompany transactions, reconciliations, & supporting various financial processes within our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in intercompany accounting and financial processes within a global organization.
As a Corp, Cash & Payroll COE Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting intercompany transactions, and contributing to the overall financial operations of Nielsen. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to accuracy will be essential in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities Reconciliations: Reconcile intercompany transactions on a periodic basis Support timely resolution of any open items Ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounts Journal Entries: Prepare journal entries related to intercompany transactions and other relevant areas Submit journal entries for approval following company policies
Audit Support
Provide audit support specific to intercompany accounting
Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits Process
Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements in intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency enhancements
Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Google Sheets, SAP S4, and SAP ECC preferred Good understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to intercompany transactions Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team
