HESA is looking for experienced Staples & FMCG Buyers who have hands-on experience in buying, sourcing, price negotiation and vendor development across staple commodities.

If you have worked hands-on with:

? Rice | Broken Rice | Maize

? Wheat | Maida | Rava | Poha

? Pulses & Dal

?️ Edible Oil

? Sugar & other FMCG Staples

? WHO SHOULD APPLY?

✅ 7–10+ years of relevant FMCG / Staples Buying & Sourcing experience

✅ Solid regional supplier & vendor network

✅ Hands-on experience in commodity buying and price negotiation

✅ Knowledge of mandi/market prices and commodity trends

✅ Vendor development & commercial negotiations

✅ Experience managing procurement volumes and margins

✅ Strong understanding of FMCG Staples markets
