- To do shell core box loading on shell core shooter with trainee, set parameters & ensure quality production
- To ensure core dressing, core painting, core gluing, core heating activities as per process in detail
- To monitor sand storage & sand conveying activities & ensure proper grade of sand supply to machines in detail
- To monitor the manufacturing parameters for compliance to quality requirements of compressor hsg cores.
- To co-ordinate with maintenance & die maint section to ensure no breakdowns
- To verify process & product on core shooters at defined frequency & ensure the compliance to quality system
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / EMS/ OHSAS / EnMS system and documentation. E.g. AIISA HIRA, Energy Consumption baseline - SEU
Knowledge of Core making process like core box setup, core properties
