About Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, SQL, and AI-assisted testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating scalability, reliability, responsiveness, and stability of enterprise applications through comprehensive performance testing and analysis. This role requires hands-on experience with LoadRunner, performance monitoring tools, SQL-based validation, and modern AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI.

The successful candidate will work closely with development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal application performance.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
- Conduct load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, scalability testing, and volume testing.
- Analyze application behavior under varying workloads and user traffic conditions.
- Perform end-to-end performance validation for web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Evaluate system performance against predefined benchmarks and service-level objectives.
- Conduct capacity planning assessments and provide recommendations for infrastructure optimization.
- Analyze application logs, system metrics, and resource utilization data.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and perform detailed root cause analysis.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance-related issues.
- Validate database performance through SQL queries, transaction analysis, and performance tuning activities.
- Monitor backend systems, middleware components, APIs, and database interactions.
- Utilize application monitoring and observability tools to capture and analyze performance metrics.
- Leverage Cursor AI and other AI-assisted engineering tools for test script generation, analysis, debugging, and documentation.




- Participate in CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives.
- Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, recommendations, and executive summaries.
- Support performance engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and release activities.
- Continuously improve testing frameworks, methodologies, and performance validation processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, or Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong expertise in performance validation of enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with LoadRunner and industry-standard performance testing tools.
- Strong understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, scalability testing, and capacity planning methodologies.
- Experience testing large-scale distributed systems, microservices architectures, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Advanced SQL skills with expertise in database testing, query analysis, transaction validation, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data processing systems.
- Experience analyzing application architecture, middleware layers, networking, and backend performance characteristics.
- Hands-on experience with application monitoring, observability, and performance analysis tools.
- Strong expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and conducting root cause analysis.
- Experience analyzing system logs, application metrics, and infrastructure resource utilization.




- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and testing tools such as Cursor AI, Claude AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI-powered test generation, performance analysis, and documentation capabilities.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
