Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali,(Gharuan) Punjab

Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Core Operations professional to join our team.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reputed KPO/BPO industries
- Candidates must have worked in roles such as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager Operations
- Good Communication Skills

• Excellent hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, including:

- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Percentage calculations
- Average and other Excel formulas/functions

- Strong Manpower Planning and workforce management skills
- Excellent ability to analyze and solve Operations-based IQ/logic questions
- Solid analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day operational requirements effectively




- Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic and target-oriented environment

• Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM

Flexibility: Candidate must be flexible to extend working hours by approximately 2 hours, once a week, as per operational requirements.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
