ABOUT US

Pune-based B2B brand consulting and marketing agency (20-25 people). We build brand strategy, advertising and content programmes, and knowledge publications for clients across manufacturing, IT, financial services and professional services, including a number of CA firms.

THE ROLE

Write and edit content across website, social, and client publications - delivered to a high standard and on schedule. Comfortable using AI tools (Claude/GPT) as part of a disciplined drafting-and-review process - not a shortcut around one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Deliver content at a high, error-free standard and hit every deadline you commit to

● Write and edit website copy, blogs, social posts, brochures and newsletters

● Research and fact-check content, especially finance/economics-heavy pieces

● Draft client content within compliance and tone requirements (e.g. ICAI norms)

● Use AI tools for research,



first drafts and review - with independent editorial judgement

● Collaborate with strategists, designers and account leads on brand voice and briefs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● A track record of high-quality, on-time delivery - matters more than any skill below

● 1-3 years of content writing experience, ideally at 1-2 organisations

● A genuine reading habit - it shows in writing quality and range

● Comfortable, judicious use of AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) in a real writing workflow

● Strong written English - grammar, structure, tone control for a business audience

● Prior exposure to finance/economics or B2B/qualified-services content is a strong plus

● Bachelor's/Master's in English, Journalism, Mass Comm, Economics, Commerce or a related field

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
