Rad Digital is a personal branding and digital marketing agency that works with founders, entrepreneurs, and ambitious businesses to build brands that are recognisable, relevant, and worth paying attention to. We build content around strong ideas, clear positioning, sharp storytelling, and a distinct point of view.

We’re looking for a Copywriter Associate who understands the difference between writing content and creating communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write engaging and structured scripts for Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Understand each client's brand voice, personality, audience, positioning, and communication style.
- Conduct research on clients, industries, competitors, trends, and relevant topics before developing content.
- Develop Instagram carousel copy, including hooks, slide-wise content, storytelling, and CTAs.
- Write LinkedIn content and posts for founders, entrepreneurs, and personal brands.
- Convert complex ideas into simple, relatable, and easy-to-understand content.
- Develop strong hooks and opening lines designed to capture attention and improve content retention.
- Work closely with the strategy, social media, design,



and video teams to ensure content is executed accurately.
- Adapt the same core idea into different formats depending on the platform and audience.
- Review and refine content based on client/founder feedback and performance insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, creator trends, and changing audience behaviour.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, grammar, and brand guidelines across all content.

What we're looking for:

- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, social media, or a similar role.
- Ability to write conversational, engaging, and non-generic content.
- Ability to understand different brand personalities and write in multiple tones.
- Someone who can think beyond generic content and bring fresh angles, solid hooks, and interesting perspectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple content requirements simultaneously.

Location: NSP, Pitampura, New Delhi

Work Schedule:

6 days working | Monday–Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
