Someone who can go down an internet rabbit hole, spot an interesting cultural insight, understand why a piece of content is blowing up — and turn all of that into a great idea, script or story.

we’re building new-age content for brands across social, digital, AI and video. We need a Copywriter & Content Researcher who understands that excellent content today isn’t just about writing well. It’s about understanding people, platforms and culture.

What you’ll do

- Research culture, consumer behaviour, trends and internet conversations to uncover interesting insights.
- Develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, scripts and social-first formats for brands.
- Write for everything from Reels and Shorts to brand films, campaigns and YouTube content.
- Understand what works differently on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Work closely with strategists, designers, filmmakers, editors and AI creators to bring ideas alive.
- Track creators, brands,



formats and conversations shaping digital culture.
- Help us experiment with new-age storytelling and AI-powered content.

Who we’re looking for You’re a strong writer, but an even stronger observer of the internet and people.

You follow creators and brands because you genuinely enjoy content — not because it’s part of your job. You understand hooks, retention, storytelling and why people choose to watch, share or scroll past something.

Experience working with brands, agencies, digital content or creator-led businesses is preferred.

If you’ve helped build or grow a YouTube channel, that’s a big plus.

And if your browser usually has 20 tabs open because you found something interesting while researching something completely different, you’ll probably fit right in.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
