Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Copywriter role based in Pune City. The Copywriter will develop clear, compelling copy for advertising campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and brand communication across multiple platforms. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming with creative and account teams, drafting and refining concepts, writing copy for ads and social media, and creating press releases and other PR materials as needed.

The role involves proofreading and editing content to maintain brand tone, accuracy, and consistency, while ensuring that messaging aligns with client objectives and overall marketing strategies.



The Copywriter will also participate in client presentations, respond to feedback constructively, and collaborate with designers and strategists to produce cohesive integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong writing skills with experience crafting persuasive, brand-aligned copy for advertising, digital, and print communication.
- Ability to develop and structure press releases and other PR-oriented content to support marketing and brand visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and transparent articulation of ideas.
- Attention to detail with solid proofreading capabilities to ensure error-free, consistent, and on-brand content.
- Understanding of marketing principles and audience-focused messaging, preferably within an agency or integrated communications environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in using common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with digital and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting, and respond positively to feedback and revisions.
