About the RoleWe’re looking for a Copy Lead with strong agency experience and a sharp creative mind to lead copy and campaign communication for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative strategies, campaign concepts, and communication ideas.
- Write and oversee copy for social media, digital campaigns, websites, ads, and brand communication.
- Lead brainstorming and campaign ideation with the creative team.
- Collaborate with designers, social media, and account teams to execute campaigns.
- Review and maintain the quality and consistency of brand communication.
- Mentor and guide junior copywriters.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in copywriting, with mandatory advertising/digital agency experience.
- Solid experience in campaign conceptualisation and creative strategy.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of brands, digital media, and current trends.
- A portfolio showcasing campaigns, concepts, and copywriting is required.
