Coordinator – 'Malie | Recent Delhi | Full-time

At 'Malie, we make womenswear where Scandinavian simplicity meets Indian craft. Every piece is designed with care and made in Delhi, and we're looking for someone who cares about the details as much as we do.

We need an organised, warm and proactive Coordinator to join our small, growing team. You'll be at the centre of the business: looking after our clients, keeping our website sharp, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly from the studio to the customer's door.

What you'll do

- Be the first point of contact for our clients: answer questions, handle orders and make every interaction feel personal
- Maintain and update our website, including product listings, images, stock and content
- Coordinate logistics such as shipments, deliveries, returns and suppliers
- Support the design team with samples, timelines and production follow-ups
- Keep daily operations organised so nothing slips through the cracks

Who you are

- Organised by nature.



You love a good system and a clean to-do list
- A clear, friendly communicator in English, both written and spoken (Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable with basic tech. Experience with Shopify or a similar platform is a bonus
- Calm under pressure and happy to switch between tasks
- Interested in fashion, design or slow-made products
- Based in New Delhi or able to commute
