Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day academic and administrative activities.

Coordinate between students, faculty, management, and parents.

Prepare and maintain student attendance and academic records.

Monitor class schedules, tests, study materials, and revision plans.

Coordinate NEET mock tests and ensure timely completion of assessments.

Communicate important updates and instructions to students and parents.

Follow up on student performance, attendance, and regularity.

Support faculty members with class arrangements and required materials.

Handle student queries and resolve routine issues promptly.

Coordinate meetings, seminars, counselling sessions, and parent interactions.

Maintain reports related to admissions, fees, attendance, and academic performance.

Ensure discipline and smooth functioning of the academy.





Support admission enquiries and follow up with prospective students.

Perform other coordination and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

Time management and multitasking skills.

Responsible, approachable, and team-oriented.

Prior experience in an educational institution/coaching academy is preferred.
