and auditing of lease documents, and monitoring the business and financial transactions for lease properties. What are we looking for?

- - Strong domain expertise in Lease Abstract, Lease Setup, Recovery Set-Up, Lease Abstraction Set-up, CAM Billing & Lease Audit processes.
- - SAP REFX experience preferred
- - Manage queries and clarifications from the Client
- - Analyze complex deals and provide guidance to team members Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Abstracting the Key information Financial Legal from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.
- - Abstracting Reviewing the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering SAP.
- - Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM Common Area Maintenance Taxes, Insurance, and other Expense Recoveries
- - In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems
- - Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- - You may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management
- - You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on current assignments
- - You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
