Operations Control Tower Intern

We are looking for an Operations Control Tower Intern to support the Supply Chain team in monitoring operations, tracking key metrics, analysing data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Track daily/weekly metrics across PTL, FTL, Warehouse & Supply Operations.

- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards & trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.

- Monitor operational gaps,



delays and exceptions and flag them to the relevant teams.

- Support logistics & warehouse cost tracking and basic data analysis.

- Coordinate with internal teams and LSPs to close pending operational issues.

- Support process improvement and cross-functional projects.

- Assist the Control Tower Manager with reports, analysis and daily monitoring.

What We're Looking For

- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Valuable to have: Basic SQL or data analytics knowledge.
