The Control Centre Executive will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day field operations, tracking smart lock movements, coordinating with field teams, and making outbound calls to ensure timely completion of assigned activities. The role requires continuous communication, accurate monitoring, and timely escalation of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the movement and status of smart locks and operational assets through the control centre.

- Track inward and outward movements of locks and ensure proper status updates.

- Make outbound calls to field technicians, drivers, warehouse teams, dark stores, and other operational personnel.

- Coordinate lock collection, dispatch, installation, retrieval, and return activities.

- Follow up with field teams regarding pending or delayed activities.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, movements, pending tasks, and completed activities.

- Identify delays, operational issues, or discrepancies and escalate them to the concerned reporting manager.

- Coordinate with the

Field Operations, Warehouse, QC, and Service teams for smooth movement of locks.





- Verify information received from field teams and update the relevant systems or trackers.

- Conduct regular follow-ups until the assigned task is successfully completed.

- Prepare daily monitoring and activity reports for management.

- Ensure all operational updates are recorded accurately and on time.

- Support the team during high-volume operations and urgent field requirements.

- Follow company SOPs and maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

- Positive communication and telephone handling skills. (Hindi is Mandatory)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Ability to monitor multiple activities simultaneously.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under time-sensitive operational requirements.

- Attention to detail and accurate data entry.

- Basic understanding of logistics, field operations, or warehouse processes is an advantage.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, drivers, and operations teams.
