- Manage contracts from tender stage to final handover, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review tender documents, evaluate bids, and prepare bid evaluations reports.
- Coordinate with project teams during construction phase to ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Monitor progress against contract schedules, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation measures.
- (BE Civil / Quantity Surveying /Construction Management)
- Additional qualification in Contract Management / Law / MBA (preferred)
