What Youll Do
- Draft, review & negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
- Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with business requirements
- Identify and assess contractual risks and provide practical legal advice
- Manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors, partners & stakeholders
- Handle amendments, renewals, terminations and other contractual matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For
- Experience in Contract Law / Corporate Legal
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of contract and commercial laws
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and professional ethics
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively
